- "At that point, I had already done EVERYTHING I could... and tried every single route and variable. A couple times each LV..."
- ―Frisk to Asriel Dreemurr[src]
Frisk's Moral Experiments were a series of alterations in the timeline prompted by Frisk whenever he reseted reality to repeat his journey through the Underground, choosing different options and decisions in his actions after every Reset. Eventually, Frisk's manipulations led him to experiencing almost every possible occurrence in his adventure, up until he attempted the Genocide Route, which was when HATE manifested in Frisk's SOUL and was infused into Chara. After feeling sorrow for his actions, Frisk had Sans reset the timeline, but because he reseted in a moment he was not supposed to, this created glitches across space and time. Despite ending his interferences, the consequences returned to haunt Frisk in the form of a brainwashed Chara and Bête Noire.
